Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order or one of our products, such as a damaged item or wrong item received, please feel free to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Every effort will be made to remedy the situation. 

Should you require a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
